This community was created to support all student accommodation landlords that house NSFAS students. Hundreds of landlords have approached us to help with their challenges:
- Getting accredited and paid by NSFAS has increased in complexity due to the implementation of the NSFAS direct payment system pilot.
- Grading of properties for accreditation has been complex and a bit of a hit-and-miss for many landlords - Getting C grades for their best properties.
- Some landlords are worried about getting accredited due to municipal zoning and other regulatory requirements.
We have been part of the pilot project across multiple provinces, TVET colleges and Universities.
We have been involved in over 50 accreditations with NSFAS and various universities directly and have a detailed understanding of requirements.
